My parallettes is wobbling, how can I fix it?

If you've noticed some wobbling with your parallettes, don't worry—it's not a defect.

We've tested extensively. A bit of screw movement means better durability. It prevents the wooden handle from becoming too rigid and breaking. Vibrations during shipping or daily use won't crack it.

Here's how to fix it easily:

1. Place the parallettes on flat surface (the floor).

2. Press down on one end of the parallettes. Lift up the other end.

3. Gently twist the other end to align the legs. Repeat until stable.

If you want to learn more, the wobble is caused by a small gap between the screw and the metal body hole, which can cause slight misalignment.

1. Side screws connect wood bar to metal leg.

2. Thin screws pass through metal hole into wood.

3. Gaps around screws allow slight movement.

4. External force causes twist, absorbing vibration.

Rest assured, this adjustment method is completely safe and won't damage your parallettes. Here's what you need to know:

  • During workouts, the downward pressure naturally keeps the parallettes stable.
  • The twisting adjustment is the only way to temporarily alter the shape, which doesn't occur during normal use.
  • If wobbling reoccurs, simply repeat the adjustment process.
