Great Resource for Learning Muscle-ups

This digital book is a solid guide with plenty of workouts and clear explanations. It gave me useful progressions to start applying right away. The only downsides were a few repetitions (like on page 17) and minor typos, but overall it’s a practical and motivating read for anyone serious about calisthenics.
